bending lights

IMG_20180930_162940_145

afternoon white turns into
a scattered blue, as the river serpent
finds its way through the ivory
flowers with sun-streaked stalks

hitherto complimenting the nature
of light that dozes off at an arm’s length
of my view,

heaviness is registered in this light’s
movement through the verisimilitude
of other monochrome lights, of the changed
hues, with the galaxies of visitors, remarking
on its bathed reverence.

the marble captures
the after-fluorescent impact
in its tiled capsules as an exploration
of the history of gravity’s hold over
the dead bodies and their afterthoughts,

for that marks the beginning of the ending,
the universe that gathers many lights and holes
to fill them in,

unentangled, they curve like a day-
old bouquet of thoughts,

time shifts its melodies in the continuum
of this apprehensive physical
communication —

the lights turn the pallor
of shadow, becoming one of its own,
one not to be afraid of,

not knowing why
the grave situation
beckons their control.

Finally got to visit the iconic Taj yesterday — it was a less than satisfactory experience. Still, the beauty of this monolith is unparalleled, perhaps deriving so much from both its physical features as well as the sum total of its histories and legends. The above is a snapshot from the opposite bank unable to capture every changing color as the sun that was harsh all day long receded to nothingness — the singular moment when time and space became their own solace. And thus, this evening lament for all things be.

backup now, the blue screen of death

eyes clad with kohl, a kid
walks, every step downloaded
with a faint trace of innocence,
a cache of life, wonder and
bright colors.

/a stack of thoughts, a queue of memories
looping in an array of careless composure/

I read about the hacking away of life
of a kid, of the school where I spent
almost years of five, in an emulation
of deeds, as the school bus met with
an accident, tender hands clutching
wane seats, as we did back in the day,
when the driver took a reckless turn,
as if communicating in bauds: a wish
or an anguish, a sign but of a nybble.

/clusters on a disk are we, bugs winding down,
a chip of a life booting characters, low bandwidth/

Changes

Change is a part of life.

Isn’t that true? And that becomes even more true when we think about our ways of socializing, sharing our work and communicating with others. We change, our ways change and that brings a change in the product that we produce.

That is what has happened with this blog. If you think you have come to some unknown space where you don’t know the person behind the words, I’d make it clear that it is I, Anmol, your HA, and I have transformed this significant component of my life as I begin to take new steps in this world. My journey began as HowAnxious and that would always be attached with me and that is why, the blog address remains the same. But now I am welcoming you to enter a new area which is my place: HA’s place, for sharing, communicating, writing, thinking out loud and just plain musing.

I am enthusiastic about it because there are going to be many changes that I’d like to experience with you, as I try out new things and add some spark to the old ones to bring out a rejuvenated effort on my part and your support that being the only thing which would help me course through it.

Some new changes for your consideration:

  • A New Introductory Page: This is Me! (The name stays the same but it is too different to make you remember of the past page).
  • A New Category: Where I felt the Love, in which I have included some of your favorite posts by me, where I was sincerely touched by your feedback and your wondrous words.
  • A New Theme With A New Look, so as to make the blogging environment more reader friendly and including such aspects which would strengthen our bond.
  • A Random Post Generator Button, which you will find on the left hand side of the page, so that with a click, you can reach a randomly generated post from the past and help me revive the magic of days gone by to add into the colors of today.

There are certain more changes to come, which will appear in due time. Your feedback is much appreciated. Do tell me, what do you think of the transformation? Or just say hello to me. I have a new policy of replying to almost all the comments that I receive and I am going to adhere to that seriously.

Thank You.
